Malacañang MANILA, Philippines September 28, 2018 – President Rodrigo Roa Duterte delivers a speech in front of new government officials in Malacañang which he stated that the only issue that can be cast on him was about the EJK.
The presidency of President Duterte was started on June 30, 2016, as he promised the Filipino people to fight drugs all over the country which derives on the issue on EJK. The said issue was covered by the deaths of many suspects which involved in drugs. He asserted that the death of the suspects is an organized crime.
On his speech on September 28, 2018, he mentioned that the only sin that he has is the EJK, which is literally clear that he didn’t directly admit the said statement. Upon expressing the statement, a lot of media declared that President Duterte admits and is responsible for the crime in EJK. Also that day, Trillianes calls for ICC probe because the President admits EJK sins.
However, Oscar Albayalde clarifies that the admission of President Duterte is a statement ‘out of frustration’ because, in spite of all the issues, EJK is the only crime that can be thrown to the President by the opposition. He also said that we are all aware of the political environment here in the Philippines where anything can be thrown that since the President has an excellent performance, they can cast the issue of EJK to President Duterte over and over again.

Albayalde stated that in fairness to the President and to former Chief Bato dela Rosa, there was no order from them to take down the suspects, even the drug dependents, and even the criminals.
Along with his speech, President Duterte talked about the EJK where he stated the data of deaths which he asked when, how, what did he use, and where did it happen.
President Duterte also stated that there is no evidence against him and there is no reason why they have to accuse him on EJK.
