Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, Philippines September 21, 2018 – President Duterte delivers a speech at the forum of the Asia Pacific Association of Gastroenterology during his visit in Cebu City.
The President immediately addresses the International Court of Justice which is the judicial body structure of the United Nations that they want him to be sent to prison because of genocide.
This was started when the issue aroused between President Duterte and the United Nation due to the war on drugs which took thousands of lives as stated by the UN.
During his speech, the President stated – “It is nothing for a ‘race’. They’re a bunch of criminals. They cannot even show me how they died when they died, and where. Nothing.”
The president also presents a magazine as an example of the headlines that were dispatched during that time - A figure of 4,000 people who were the victim on his campaign on the war on drugs. He said – “me eliminating 4,000? I don’t even have time to sit for a sh*t if that is the case to keep me busy twenty-four hours.”
In a few more words, President Duterte ransacked about his campaign on the war on drugs. He claims that this may be the cause of the issue why UN is following him up until now.
Another statement of President Duterte denounced a priest who is said to demonstrate one million protesters but not over twenty including the ICC, were seen by the military.

-“Who are you to run my country. That’s the problem with the European Union. They’re into international governing. They create an ICC European community and they try to impose their values and the way they think how criminal is categorized and classified and want to impose it.” President Duterte refers to the colonialism of Europe. He also concluded in his speech - "I was not elected by America. I was elected by the Filipino people."
President Duterte also mentioned his arguments with Obama where he stated that the former U.S President is like more of a communist or a leftist.
