September 21, 2018 Philippines – After the announcement of Davao Prosecutor’s office about the libel complaint of Paolo Duterte against Senator Antonio Trillianes that has been initiated on Tuesday, the Presidential Son added two new libel cases against the Senator.
Upon having an issue about the revoked amnesty, Senator Trillianes yet again faces multiple complaints filed by Paolo Duterte. But this time, the issue was about the alleged 6.4 Billion pesos worth of smuggled methamphetamine also known as ‘shabu’ in the Philippines.
According to Attorney Ray Robles, the Lawyer of Senator Trillianes, they will make an urgent request to dismiss the said complaint of Paolo Duterte from Davao Prosecutor’s Office for the reason that the jurisdiction of the court is not involved because it was done in Cebu.
