Philippines – Habang tumataas ang bilang ng nahahawaan ng COVID-19, patuloy pa
rin ang pagtaas ng bilang ng mga pasteneng naka-recover dito.
Nitong April
18, ayon sa Department of Health (DOH) naitalang 516 na ang naka-recover sa
sakit habang ang bilang naman ng mga nasawi ay nasa 397.
"As of
4 p.m. today, April 18, 2020, the Department of Health reports 209 new cases
(PH5879-PH6087) of Covid-19. The total number of cases in the country is now at
6,087," sabi ng ahensya.
Samantala,
inanonsyo din ng DOH na isang laboratory ang napasama sa mga pwedeng magsuri
para sa COVID-19 testing.

"As of
April 18, 2020, we have 17 Licensed Laboratories in the country that are
capable of conducting Real-Time RT-PCR for Covid-19! DOH continues to
strengthen the testing capabilities of different laboratories across the
country," sabi dito.
